Uygulamanın içinden (önerilen)
Sen sekmesi → Hesap → Hesabı sil. Silme kalıcıdır: hesabın, senkronlanan pratik geçmişin, kendi eklediğin metinler ve sana özel üretilmiş sesler sunucularımızdan silinir. Cihazdaki yerel pratik verisi, sen onu da silene kadar cihazında kalır (Sen → Gizlilik → Pratik verilerini sil).
Not: güvenlik gereği silme işlemi yakın zamanda giriş yapılmış bir oturum ister. "Hesap silinemedi" görürsen çıkış yapıp yeniden giriş yaptıktan sonra tekrar dene.
E-posta ile
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan, hesabına bağlı e-posta adresinden support@speakrun.app adresine "Hesap silme talebi" yaz. Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlar ve sana bildiririz.
Ne silinir, ne kalır
- Silinir: hesap kaydın (e-posta), senkronlanan koşu geçmişin, seviye ve hedeflerin, kendi metinlerin ve onlardan üretilen sesler.
- Zaten yoktur: ses kayıtların. Koşu sesi saklanmaz; silinecek bir kayıt arşivi bulunmaz.
- Mağaza aboneliği: App Store veya Google Play üzerinden ayrıca iptal edilmelidir; mağaza hesabını biz yönetemeyiz.
Deleting your account (English)
In the app: You tab → Account → Delete account. Deletion is permanent: your account, synced practice history, your own texts and the personal audio generated from them are removed from our servers. Local practice data stays on your device until you delete it too (You → Privacy → Delete practice data). If deletion fails, sign out and back in first; recent sign-in is required.
By email: if you cannot access the app, write from the account's email address to support@speakrun.app with the subject "Account deletion". We complete requests within 30 days.
What is deleted: account record, synced history, your texts and personal audio. Voice recordings are never stored, so there is no recording archive to delete. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the App Store or Google Play.
