SpeakRun hesabınızı uygulamanın içinden kendiniz kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız hesabınıza bağlı e-posta adresinden silme talebi gönderebilirsiniz.

Uygulamanın içinden — önerilen yol

  1. SpeakRun'da silmek istediğiniz hesaba giriş yapın.
  2. Sen → Hesap → Hesabı sil yolunu açın.
  3. Silme uyarısını okuyun ve işlemi onaylayın.

Silme kalıcıdır. Hesap kaydınız, e-posta bağlantınız, sunucularımızla eşitlenen pratik geçmişiniz, seviye ve hedefleriniz, kendi eklediğiniz metinler ve bu metinlerden sizin için üretilen sentetik sesler sunucularımızdan silinir.

Güvenlik nedeniyle silme işlemi yakın zamanda giriş yapılmış bir oturum isteyebilir. “Hesap silinemedi” uyarısı görürseniz çıkış yapın, yeniden giriş yapın ve işlemi tekrar deneyin.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız — e-posta ile

Hesabınıza bağlı e-posta adresinden support@speakrun.app adresine, konu satırına “Hesap silme talebi” yazarak gönderin. Talebinizi ve hesap sahipliğini doğruladıktan sonra silme işlemini en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlar ve size bildiririz.

Apple'ın E-postamı Gizle özelliğini kullandıysanız, mümkünse hesabınıza bağlı özel aktarma adresinden yazın. Hesap güvenliği için ek doğrulama isteyebiliriz; gereksiz kimlik belgesi veya hassas bilgi göndermeyin.

Ne silinir, ne kalır?

  • Silinir: hesap kaydı ve e-posta bağlantısı; sunucuyla eşitlenen en fazla son 100 koşuya ait pratik geçmişi, puanlar, seri, seviye, hedefler ve performans sinyalleri; kendi metinleriniz ve bunlardan üretilen size özel sentetik sesler; hesabınıza bağlı diğer kişiselleştirme verileri.
  • Zaten saklanmaz: konuşma koşusu sırasında mikrofonunuzdan alınan ham ses. Ham koşu sesi değerlendirme tamamlandığında tutulmaz; silinecek bir ses kayıt arşivi yoktur.
  • Cihazdaki yerel kopya: yerel pratik verisi, siz ayrıca silene kadar cihazınızda kalabilir. Uygulamada Sen → Gizlilik → Pratik verilerini sil yolunu kullanın. Uygulamayı kaldırmak da uygulamanın yerel verilerini cihazdan kaldırabilir; mağaza veya işletim sistemi yedeklerinin davranışı kendi ayarlarınıza tabidir.
  • Kanunen tutulması gereken kayıtlar: işlem, satın alma, güvenlik olayı, hak talebi veya uyuşmazlığa ilişkin kanunen saklanması zorunlu sınırlı kayıtlar yalnız ilgili yasal amaç ve süre için erişimi kısıtlanarak tutulabilir.

Silme geri alınamaz; geçmişiniz, seriniz ve kişiselleştirme verileriniz kurtarılamaz.

Mağaza aboneliğinizi ayrıca iptal edin

Hesabı silmek App Store veya Google Play aboneliğinizi iptal etmez. Setupsuit mağaza aboneliğinizi sizin adınıza yönetemez. Gelecekte ücret alınmaması için aboneliği satın aldığınız mağazada ayrıca iptal edin:

You can permanently delete your SpeakRun account inside the app. If you cannot access the app, send a request from the email address linked to the account.

In the app — recommended

  1. Sign in to the SpeakRun account you want to delete.
  2. Open You → Account → Delete account.
  3. Read the deletion notice and confirm.

Deletion is permanent. Your account record and email link, synced practice history, level and goals, your own texts and the synthetic personal audio generated from them are removed from our servers.

For security, deletion may require a recent sign-in. If deletion fails, sign out, sign in again and retry.

If you cannot access the app — by email

Write from the account's email address to support@speakrun.app with the subject “Account deletion”. After verifying the request and account ownership, we complete deletion within 30 days and notify you.

If you used Apple's Hide My Email, write from the private relay address linked to the account where possible. We may request additional verification; do not send unnecessary identity documents or sensitive information.

What is deleted and what remains?

  • Deleted: the account record and email link; up to the last 100 runs synced with the server, including history, scores, streaks, level, goals and performance signals; your own texts and synthetic personal audio created from them; other account-linked personalisation data.
  • Never stored: raw microphone audio from a speaking run. It is not retained after assessment, so there is no recording archive to delete.
  • Local device copy: local practice data may remain until you separately delete it through You → Privacy → Delete practice data. Uninstalling may also remove local app data; device or store backups follow your own platform settings.
  • Legally required records: limited transaction, purchase, security-incident, rights-request or dispute records may be access-restricted and retained solely for the applicable legal purpose and period.

Deletion is irreversible; history, streaks and personalisation cannot be recovered.

Cancel store subscriptions separately

Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Setupsuit cannot manage the store account for you. Cancel separately in the purchasing store to prevent future charges:

Por seguridad, puede exigirse un inicio de sesión reciente. Si falla, cierre sesión, vuelva a entrar y repita.

Si no puede acceder — por correo

Escriba desde el correo de la cuenta a support@speakrun.app, con el asunto “Eliminación de cuenta”. Verificada la solicitud y titularidad, completaremos el proceso en un máximo de 30 días y le avisaremos.

Si usó Ocultar mi correo de Apple, escriba cuando sea posible desde la dirección privada vinculada. Podemos pedir verificación adicional; no envíe documentos de identidad o datos sensibles innecesarios.

¿Qué se elimina y qué permanece?

  • Se elimina: registro y correo; hasta las últimas 100 carreras sincronizadas, incluido historial, puntuaciones, rachas, nivel, objetivos y señales de rendimiento; textos propios y audio sintético creado a partir de ellos; demás personalización vinculada.
  • Nunca se almacena: audio bruto del micrófono durante una carrera. No se conserva tras la evaluación, por lo que no existe archivo de grabaciones.
  • Copia local: puede permanecer hasta borrarla mediante Tú → Privacidad → Eliminar datos de práctica. Desinstalar también puede quitar datos locales; las copias del dispositivo o tienda dependen de su configuración.
  • Registros exigidos por ley: registros limitados de transacción, compra, seguridad, derechos o litigio pueden conservarse con acceso restringido solo para el fin y plazo legal aplicables.

La eliminación es irreversible; historial, rachas y personalización no se recuperan.

Cancele la suscripción por separado

Eliminar la cuenta no cancela una suscripción de App Store o Google Play. Setupsuit no puede gestionar la cuenta de la tienda por usted. Cancele por separado para evitar futuros cobros:
